Thank you for shopping with Groovethink. We aim to make our shipping process transparent, structured, and easy to understand so you always know what to expect from checkout to delivery. Below is a complete overview of how orders are processed, shipped, and supported.

A. Order Processing

All orders placed on groovethink.com require a standard processing period of 2–5 business days. During this time, we carefully review order details, verify payment authorization, and prepare each item to meet our quality standards before shipment.

Processing includes product inspection, order preparation, secure packaging, shipping label creation, and a final accuracy check. Our operating days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays. Orders submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next available business day.

Orders placed after 7:00 PM are automatically queued for the following business day to ensure consistent handling and avoid rushed fulfillment. Orders submitted on Sundays or holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

B. Additional Processing for Special Orders

Customized or personalized products, including custom text, artwork, or unique designs, may require an additional 1–3 business days for production and verification. This ensures accuracy and proper quality review before shipment.

Bulk orders exceeding 50 units may require 7–10 business days, depending on inventory levels, production scheduling, and order complexity. These timelines allow coordination between production, inventory, and quality control teams.

Same-day processing is available only for non-custom orders placed before 7:00 PM, subject to order volume and payment approval.

C. Shipping Carriers

Once processing is complete, orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on destination, package size, weight, and delivery efficiency. Carrier selection is automated to ensure the safest and most reliable route for each shipment.

D. Shipping Fee

All domestic orders are shipped with a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD. This flat rate helps support secure packaging, careful handling, and dependable transit times. There are no hidden or unexpected shipping charges at checkout.

E. Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, most U.S. orders arrive within 5–12 business days, depending on destination, carrier route, and current shipping volume. Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take slightly longer.

Carrier delays may occur due to weather conditions, seasonal surges, transportation disruptions, or operational challenges beyond our control. During peak shopping periods such as major holidays or promotional events, delivery timelines may temporarily extend.

For time-sensitive orders, we recommend placing purchases 2–3 weeks in advance to allow sufficient processing and transit time.

F. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, Groovethink is unable to ship orders to the following locations:

Alaska
Hawaii
U.S. Territories including Guam, Puerto Rico, and American Samoa
P.O. Boxes
APO / FPO / DPO military addresses

These limitations are based on carrier and logistical constraints. We continue to explore options to expand shipping coverage in the future.

G. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS, depending on the contact information provided at checkout. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after the carrier scans the package.

During peak shipping seasons, tracking updates may take slightly longer to appear. We recommend checking your tracking link regularly for the most accurate delivery status.

H. Holiday and Peak Season Information

National holidays, seasonal promotions, and high-volume shopping periods may result in longer processing and delivery times across all carriers. Severe weather conditions can also impact delivery schedules.

To minimize delays, we strongly recommend placing holiday or special-occasion orders as early as possible.
