TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN YOU ORDER OUR PRODUCTS
1. Our contract with you with respect to your order (the “Contract”)

You do not have the right to return products sealed for hygiene purposes once opened.
For most goods, you have 14 days after receipt to change your mind and request a refund.

If we find a pricing error, we will contact you for confirmation before proceeding.
If you believe an invoice is incorrect, contact us promptly. No interest will be charged until the issue is resolved.
