Return Policy – Groovethink
Your satisfaction is our priority. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll gladly help with a return.
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is in its original condition
- Unused, unworn, and free of damage
- Tags remain attached and packaging is intact
- A receipt or proof of purchase is included
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you and process a refund to your original payment method. Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may apply.
Eligible Return Cases:
- Misprints or poor-quality printing
- Spelling mistakes made by us on the design
- Wrong color sent compared to the order
- Stains or unexpected marks on the garment
- Any other errors caused by our production or service
Non-Returnable Cases:
- Wrong size chosen by the customer
- Incorrect design or print selection submitted by the buyer
- Spelling errors in custom text provided by the customer
